A Black (and White) Comedy by Jim Lunsford.
Jojo is an almost sixty-year-old, Gay, White, male, cisgendered, desperate, lonely, perpetually emerging playwright. Holed up in his tiny Manhattan apartment, counting down the seconds to his artistic obsolescence, he is magically granted one, last-ditch birthday wish. And, with the help of his infectiously optimistic neighbor, Cal, he will do whatever it takes – lie, cheat, steal, or (almost) kill – to make his dream of success finally come true.
Approximate running time is 90 minutes without an intermission.
